When packing snacks for your child, please try to send a small, nut-free snack to school. While there are no nut allergies in our class, there are severe nut allergies in our buddy class and the other kindergarten classes.
Tomorrow is the last day to order scholastics for this month.
Today, the students got to use scooter boards in gym class! In partners, the students took turns practicing using the scooters in different ways.
In math, we learned about the number 7. We had a group discussion, practiced writing "sept" on our lapboards, and then they worked independently in their math books.
I introduced a new centre today. I cut up the sentences about family that we have been reviewing in class and added magnetic tape to the back of each word so that students can build their own sentences on the whiteboard.
